I haven’t received my order confirmation email. What should I do?
Your purchase confirmation should arrive immediately at the email address you provided during checkout.
Please check your Spam, Junk, or Other folders, as it may have ended up there.
If you still can’t find it, contact us at info@vepxora.com with your full name and phone number, and we will investigate the issue.
Why does the confirmation email go to the Spam, Junk, or Other folders?
Email providers filter messages based on the contacts you interact with frequently. Messages from new senders often end up in Spam or Junk folders.
To prevent this, add info@vepxora.com to your contacts or mark our emails as safe.
How do I know if my size is correct?
Our sizing is based on international standards and may differ from UK sizes.
Please refer to the size guide available at the bottom of each product page before placing your order.
I have received my order number, what should I do now?
Once you receive your order number, you only need to wait for our follow-up email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 1–3 business days to appear on the courier's system. Please be patient and check again later.
I received a tracking number, but there is no information or it appears as nonexistent or lost.
Tracking numbers are generated automatically and may not be active immediately.
This does not mean your order is lost. Tracking data usually updates within a few business days. We also provide alternative platforms to help track your shipment if needed.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order through the Track Order section on our website.
Initial statuses such as "pending deposit" or "pre-registered" are normal. More detailed tracking information will become available in the following days.
Why haven’t I received my order yet?
If you have received both your order number and tracking number, your order is being processed and is within our expected delivery timeframe.
If your delivery exceeds the estimated time, please contact us at info@vepxora.com with your order number. You can also review our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy for additional details.
Can I change, cancel, or return my order?
Depending on the status of your order, you may be able to modify, cancel, or return it.
For changes before shipment, contact us immediately. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy for return options.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What can I do?
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at info@vepxora.com.
If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the address. Once dispatched, we cannot make changes and are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address input.
